Starting out.
Starting a New character seems like a Bitch to me. We need to make a Brand new mall

Make it so people have to level. Rates are good from 800-1500 If the levels are 1-70
Make a Custom starting Areas with Custom Mobs to level. (area Created for leveling; Azeroth Crater)
Make Custom Portals to leveling Areas that says : Leveling 1-20 . *example*. Also a Custom portal to the mall.
Malls Should not have trainers in it. Looks like a Crazy City. Make a Quick Place for trainers and a Portal to it. Put Mall/Leveling portals in it
Leveling Gear should be Tier 1, w/o The levels.
All Mal/Plates Skills should be thought when you make your character.
Best gear when hit 70 Should be tier 5 (Tier 6 Is just Like an old stupid Private server.)
