New server idea

Well since im just practicing on a server by myself I was thinking of a New server That No other server would be like this one. So my idea is:
Level cap: 60
Rates: 30mins-1h to level 60
Starting gear: Tier 1 (No level requirement to use) with MC weapons
Mall? yes
How to level? Custom leveling road.
Armor once hit level 60? AQ40 will be changed so a person can 1 man it and farm gear there.
Fun things to do with friends? Raid BWL, BWL will be changed to that people will 7-10 man it
Fun things to do W/o friends? Farm Materials at a custom farming area for a Quest that give rewards.

Q: Is there somthing i can do with a group of 5 people?
A: yes you can do Onyxia for Tier 2 helm.

Q:Around 3-4 pieces of T2 doesn't drop from the bosses at all, where doi get them?
A: They have been used for Custom questing.

Q: How come when i start I'm Completely naked with nothing on me?
A: Just os get over it.

Q: How will i be able to buy T1 if i got nothing on me?
A: Made it so it's free.

Q: The Weapons cost money. How can i get them?
A: Just gain gold from msome creatures while leveling and once you get enough gold you can buy them.

Q: Theres a hacker what do i do?
A: Report them to a Gm and you will be granted a Piece of T2

Q: Theres a Ninja what do i do?
A: report them to a GM and We will notify to Punish the Stealer and give back the loot.

Q: Once i get T2 with a bunch of other people what could i do for fun?
A: buy the time people start getting tier 2 We will start working on Naxxaramas.

Q: What about Donating for the server what would i recive back?
A: There will be a rewards for a donators there will be a purchasable:
Tier 2
Tier 3
Naxx weapons
BWL weapons
Custom Tier 1 Called: Chillwind (Tier C)
Custom Tier 2 Called: Shadow Breaker. (Tier SB)

Rules:
No hacking
No spamming
No bugging
And absolutely NO WPE HACKING!!! i HATE that.
Exploiting Is alright (Jumping walls) except for events, if the exploit gets out of hand like 15%+ of the server knows it because it has been thought then there will be problems.

Q How do i become a GM?
A: First of all we need to get More players. We will need specific Study Gms
We already have an acceptance from Grimwows old admins not all but around 2-3 Not telling which ones
and An old player on this server that was our best player. Named Corpal.
But we would Like: :LUA scripters & Ticket Service Gms.

Name of server? Not yet known.

I like the idea, and seeing as Grim is abit subdued at the moment, I will gladly help with it and GM.

Yea, But since patch 2.4, it might be the patch that stops the new Private servers. unless someone finds a way to make a new Private server.

Man i hope it comes back soon, i would be more than happy to see everyone (especially Ludo <3) again.
