Ok so first of all what you want to do is go on "My computer<<C:drive<<Program Files<<Wolrd Of Warcraft. Now open realmlist with notepad. It should say
Set Realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
Change it to
Set realmlist Grimwow.no-ip.org

Make an account at
Grimwow.no-ip.org
Have fun.
